Jaya 9 is an online entertainment platform operating for adult users in Malaysia. Before registering an account with Jaya 9, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years and above at the time of registration. Jaya 9 strictly prohibits registration by any individual under the age of 18.
• You are a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or a person lawfully present in Malaysia at the time of using this platform.
• You are not on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using gambling services by any relevant authority.
• You are registering an account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Jaya 9 account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IC number, phone number, or bank details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, IC number, active Malaysian mobile number, valid email address, and Malaysian bank details. Jaya 9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.

Jaya 9 supports deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia only. We do not accept cash directly or payment methods from outside Malaysia.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a Malaysian bank account held in the same name as the Jaya 9 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 working hours, depending on the withdrawal method and bank involved.
• Jaya 9 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Jaya 9 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified rollover (turnover) requirements. Please read each bonus's terms carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: This bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only. Rollover requirements typically range from 5x to 15x depending on the bonus type selected. Full details are available on the Welcome Bonus page.
• Weekly Deposit Bonus: Available to existing members who meet the minimum deposit requirement set for that week.
• Cashback: The cashback programme is calculated based on your total net losses within the specified period. Cashback is credited automatically with no additional rollover requirements.
• Event Special Promotions: During major events such as the World Cup, Malaysia Super League, MPL MY, or LOL Worlds, Jaya 9 releases special promotions with their own terms and validity periods.

General conditions applicable to all Jaya 9 bonuses:

• Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn unless the applicable rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50, or bets systematically deemed low-risk, may not count towards fulfilling rollover requirements.
• Jaya 9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All bets placed on Jaya 9 — whether on football, cricket, e-sports, Live Casino, or lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Jaya 9 system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• Jaya 9 reserves the right to void or refund any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect data entered into the system, or any extraordinary circumstance affecting the outcome of a bet.
• In the event a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, Jaya 9 will void the bet and return the stake to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of placing your bet.
• Jaya 9 reserves the right to limit bet sizes or refuse bets from any member without providing a reason, particularly where there are signs of irregular betting or syndicate activity.

Football Match Betting: For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other international league matches, if a game does not complete the full 90 minutes (or the standard regulation time) due to extraordinary circumstances such as weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen events, Jaya 9 will apply the standard rules used by international betting operators to determine the outcome.

E-Sports Betting: For MLBB, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant, and other esports tournaments, if a match is terminated before completion due to technical issues outside the organiser's control, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the tournament's specific rules.

As a Jaya 9 member, you are fully responsible for ensuring the following:

• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Jaya 9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• Latest Updates: You must keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, including your phone number, email address, and banking details.
• Responsible Gaming: You are responsible for playing within your own financial means. Jaya 9 provides self-management tools — please use them if you feel you need additional control.
• Local Laws: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Jaya 9 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Use: Your Jaya 9 account is for your personal use only. You are not permitted to share, transfer, or allow any other person to access your account.

Prohibited conduct on the Jaya 9 platform includes, but is not limited to: the use of automated software (bots) to place bets, system manipulation, collusion between players to gain unfair advantage, fraudulent activity, and money laundering. Any member found to be involved in such activities will have their account terminated immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Jaya 9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or account updates
• Syndicate betting or the use of multiple accounts
• Request by a competent authority
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of account termination due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, Jaya 9 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. If no breach is proven upon completion of the investigation, the net balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member within 14 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the Jaya 9 support team. Any eligible net balance will be returned within 5–10 business days upon receipt and verification of the request.

Jaya 9 provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform at any time. You agree that:

• Jaya 9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or cyberattacks beyond Jaya 9's reasonable control.
• Jaya 9 is not responsible for any losses incurred from bets placed based on information or advice obtained from third parties.
• Jaya 9's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Jaya 9 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses claimed by members.

Jaya 9 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect 7 days after being published on this website, except for urgent security-related changes, which take effect immediately.

You are responsible for reviewing this Terms & Conditions page periodically. Your continued use of the Jaya 9 platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the member and Jaya 9 shall be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
